		<description>These are all terrific points.  Of all of them, I've found networking to be the keystone of a successful job search.  Yes, it can be terrifying to walk into a room full of complete strangers and initiate a conversation, or to pick up the phone and call a former colleague's former employer, but once you do it successfully, you'll feel like you can do anything.</description>
