Transform Pharmaceuticals Web site Goes Live

COREY MCPHERSON NASH WEBSITE REDESIGN FOR TRANSFORM PHARMACEUTICALS GOES LIVE

New Site Presents TransForm's Offerings and Value Proposition in a Clear and Compelling Fashion

WATERTOWN, Mass. December 16, 2003 Corey McPherson Nash (CMN/ http://www.cmndesign.com), an award-winning integrated design firm providing branding, advertising, print and interactive services, today announced its Web site redesign for Lexington, Mass.-based TransForm Pharmaceuticals (www.transformpharma.com) has gone live.

TransForm had a number of goals for the redesign of its Web site. These included a design to help TransForm generate leads and support their business development efforts by working with the Company to present their value proposition in a clear and compelling fashion; illustrating TransForm's position as an emerging leader in the pharmaceutical industry; providing a consistent call to action; appealing to the Company's target audience of academics and thought leaders by highlighting the value of its innovative technology; and giving prospective TransForm employees information about the company, presented in an interesting and inspiring fashion.

"The redesign of the TransForm Pharmaceuticals Web site enabled Corey McPherson Nash to leverage the studio's deep expertise with Web site design and architecture, as well as in the life sciences industry," said Phyllis Kido, creative director and partner at CMN. "We wanted to help TransForm visually differentiate themselves in the crowded pharmaceutical market space and give the Company maximum flexibility to expand with more information on proprietary products and partnerships as they continue to grow."

CMN accomplished TransForm's goals by designing the Web site to be clean and uncluttered much like a laboratory to echo the company's leadership position in the drug development market. A Flash animation displaying some of TransForm's physical drug forms, which appear like abstract art, set the tone for the site and illustrates how TransForm's technology helps build better drugs. CMN structured the "Value" section of the site around the six stages of the drug development process, showing how TransForm's technology maximizes a drug's value at each step.

TransForm's unique offerings are laid out in the "About the Company" section, including a brief outline of the company's strategy and a listing of high-profile partners. Information on TransForm's unique capabilities is presented in two sections, "Value From Form&Formulation" and "Technology," which interlink to demonstrate the Company's expertise. These areas, case studies and proof points illustrate the value of TransForm's capabilities.

The Website's pale blue and green tones were selected to offset TransForm's striking red, yellow and black corporate colors. The site's right hand column was designed to offer flexibility in adding white papers, links to other sites, partner information, etc. on a changing and ongoing basis. Photography is modular, enabling TransForm to easily swap pictures out for new images.
