Corey Scores A Triple Play in Industry Interactive Awards

IMA recognizes outstanding digital work for Explorations Summer Program, Worcester Academy and Xigo

WATERTOWN, MA (May 16, 2012) – Corey McPherson Nash, (COREY) a leading national branding and design firm, is proud to announce it is the recipient of three prestigious awards that recognize Corey’s outstanding interactive work. Corey took home best in class honors in the Education Category for Worcester Academy’s campaign site and received two Interactive Media Award (IMA) Outstanding Achievement Awards for Xigo in the B2B category and for Explorations Summer Program in the Education category.
IMA Outstanding Achievement Award B2B Category

IMA’s Outstanding Achievement Award is the second highest honor bestowed by the organization. Corey was recognized for the standout website they created for Xigo. The website won for its comprehensive use of multimedia and visual imagery combined with functionality and usability.  Corey created a comprehensive rebranding strategy and tactical program to bring the Xigo brand to life.



IMA Outstanding Achievement Award Education Category

Corey won the IMA Outstanding Achievement Award for their redesign of the Explorations Summer Programs, (Explo) website. Corey’s main objective was to highlight the dynamic, energetic and transformative nature of the programs while providing a clear call-to-action to drive direct enrollment.



IMA Best In Class Award Education Category

Corey also won the IMA Best In Class Award for their development of the website for Worcester Academy’s OnWArd Campaign. This is the highest honor bestowed by the Interactive Media Awards. The OnWArd site, www.waonward.com, helps position Worcester Academy to meet its goal of becoming the best urban independent school in the country. The emphasis on creating a digital narrative exemplifies the school’s commitment to being forward-thinking by creating a compelling, yet flexible, telling of its story that plays well locally, nationally, and globally.
