Corey Scores Three Prestigious Industry Awards

AIGA and IMA Recognize Corey’s Interactive Work for E Ink and AISNE

WATERTOWN, MA (June 16, 2011) - Corey McPherson Nash (Corey), a leading national branding and design firm based in Watertown, Massachusetts, is proud to announce it is the recipient of three prestigious awards that recognize Corey’s outstanding interactive work for two of its clients. Corey received the AIGA 2011 Best of New England (BoNE) Design Award and two Interactive Media Award (IMA) Outstanding Achievement Awards.

AIGA 2011 Best of New England

The AIGA 2011 Best of New England (BoNE) Show and competition honored creative work that solved ‘Wicked Problems.’ Corey garnered the award for the E Ink Triton Imaging Film Video.

E Ink, the market leader for electronic paper display technology, launched a new color product, Triton Imaging Film, and turned to Corey to produce an illuminating, visually inspiring and interactive video. Through the video, Corey captured the technology behind the film and positioned E Ink as an even more powerful brand. E Ink was able to reach a diverse audience and garner over 50,000 video views in the first few days following its online release.

Interactive Media Awards (IMA) Outstanding Achievement Award B2B Category

IMA’s Outstanding Achievement Award is the second highest honor bestowed by the organization. Corey was recognized for the standout website they created for E Ink. The website, www.eink.com, won for its comprehensive use of multimedia and visual imagery combined with functionality and usability.  The Web site immerses visitors in the E Ink brand and delivers an extensive amount of information in a streamlined interactive experience.

IMA Outstanding Achievement Award Education Category

Corey won the IMA Outstanding Achievement Award for their design and development of the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) website. The redesign included a new brand messaging, site architecture, design and overhaul of the user experience. Corey’s team created an online clearinghouse of information in a straightforward manner. The website represents Corey’s expertise in creating online experiences that address the needs of the audience–in this case students and families as well as educators.

Corey has previously won IMA awards for their work with Tufts CTSI, Burness Communciations, Mendoza College of Business, and Buckingham Browne & Nichols.
