Corey McPherson Nash Wins Two Outstanding Achievement Web Awards

Burness Communications and Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute take top honors

Watertown, MA. August 4, 2010 –- Corey McPherson Nash (Corey) announced today its acceptance of two Interactive Media Awards (IMA). The first is an Outstanding Achievement Award for design work on the Burness Communications Web site and the second is the Best In Class Award for the Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute Web site. The announcement follows Corey’s receipt of two IMA Outstanding Achievement Awards last quarter for work on the Buckingham Browne & Nichols School and University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Web sites.

Held every quarter by the Interactive Media Council, Inc. (IMC), the IMAs recognize superior Web design accomplished by both individuals and organizations. The Burness Communications Web site was one of 25 entries submitted to the “Public Relations” category in the IMA 2010 award year, while Tufts CTSI was one of 17 in the “Biotechnology” category.

“It bring us great pride to see these clients honored for their sites,” said Corey’s partner, Andrea Naddaff. "We worked very hard with Burness and Tufts CTSI to honor their dedication to excellence and a distinctive Web experience. Having the results named ‘outstanding’ and ‘best-in-class’ reinforces our own commitment to thoughtful, interactive new media work.”

Corey was assigned with designing new Web sites for Burness Communications, a mission-focused, Washington, DC-based public relations firm dedicated to global not-for-profit organizations and social change, and the Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute, a collaborative, cross-disciplinary, full-spectrum translational research institute in Boston, MA.

Corey’s winning work can be viewed in the IMA’s Winners Gallery.
