New Creative Will Increase Outreach Visibility for Unique Youth Development Organization
Watertown, MA. August 28, 2008 –- Corey McPherson Nash (CMN) a leading national branding and design firm based in Watertown, Massachusetts, announced today that it has completed a comprehensive brand, messaging and Web program for Tenacity (http://www.tenacity.org), a year round youth development organization that offers free tennis instruction and academic enrichment to over 4,600 Boston youths.
”Tenacity is proud to be making a difference in the lives of many Boston kids, yet energized by the opportunity to do more,” said Ned Eames, Tenacity’s Founder and President. “We were pleased to have Corey McPherson Nash as our partner in expanding Tenacity’s visual presence and in developing our message so that we can reach as many kids and their parents in and around Boston as possible.”
Michael McPherson, a partner and creative director at CMN, is proud of the firm’s partnership with Tenacity. “We are delighted to contribute to the important and inspiring work Tenacity is doing with young people in Boston, and we wanted to offer them a visual presence that is both more sophisticated and more appropriate for the broader mission of the organization. Tennis is still an important part of what they do, but Tenacity is really more about building healthier, more inclusive communities in Boston.” By challenging its participants to learn new skills in a fun, supportive environment, Tenacity provides the path to a more promising future for young people in urban communities. Its program combines free tennis instruction and academic enrichment, with intensive after-school programs that include tennis instruction/competition and academic support. The focus is on life-skills, better health through exercise and play, and relationships with supportive adults.
