Paid Time Off

First three years: 15 days

R & R Days

If you're working extra long hours to meet a deadline, a supervisor may suggest a rest and recreation day. This is one of the ways the studio helps employees achieve balance between their work and personal life.

Maternity Leave

The firm policy allows for eight weeks paid maternity leave for eligible employees.

Paternity Leave

For eligible employees who are not covered under our short-term disability coverage (male or female, because they are not giving birth) Corey will offer two weeks paid leave and the option of 6 additional weeks unpaid.

Insurance

HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE

The firm contributes 80% of the medical and dental premiums for all full-time employees.

DISABILITY INSURANCE

The firm pays the full premium for short- and long-term disability.

LIFE INSURANCE

The firm pays the full premium for this coverage.

401-K PLAN

The firm has a 401(k) retirement plan for which employees become eligible after three months of employment. The firm makes a safe harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of your elective deferrals up to 4% of your eligible earnings.

FAMILY CARE LEAVE

The firm will offer eligible employees 1 week of paid leave per calendar year to care for a seriously ill immediate member of their family.
