Today, brands breathe and need constant attention. So we also help clients in advisory, internal-use-only ways. Navigating into social media? Turning employees into brand advocates? Could technical improvements make your operation better? Just ask.
Engagements are confidential and sometimes custom. With an emphasis on creativity – defined in new ways every day – we've helped clients evaluate their brands, prepare to enter social media, find audiences in new ways, and improve internal workflow and knowledge management.
Can you raise the bar? This engagement includes an audit and analysis of your brand strength, relevance, emotional reverb — and opportunities.
A brand must be consistent yes, but standing still is lethal. This engagement helps navigate new ideas & initiatives at the speed of change.
Do employees need to know your brand better? Embrace a brand attitude? Behave in new ways? Transforming customer experience starts here.
Technology and systems can be approached as creatively as anything else. Great solutions fit you perfectly, and they're never made by a cookie-cutter.
Have a thorny question, problem or opportunity to figure out? We design custom engagements to help you with specific situations. Just ask.

At Corey McPherson Nash, our intent is twofold: to do meaningful work and to serve our clients well. To that end, we are looking for a Digital Creative Director who is ambitious, imaginative, resourceful, inventive, and curious and who has a POV on all things digital. We are looking for:
Set the standard for strategic thinking, creativity, and craftsmanship. The creative director creates concepts and ideas that drive creative efforts to meet or exceed expectations of the client. Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships and developing return business. Establish and maintain contact with the client to assure that all creative work is aligned with client business and communication objectives and that the client is satisfied with the strategic and creative quality and project management during the entire project. Provide access and insight into the design process, keeping the client involved and fostering a sense of collaboration and ownership of the end product. Lead formal client presentations and meetings and conduct client and customer interviews.
Direct the activities of one or more designers, project managers, technical developers, developers and outside creative or other resources to execute projects from start to finish.
Become an integral part of our clients' success by developing a working understanding of their business by keeping current with industry-specific news.
Since you'll be at the forefront of creating and expressing brands through digital platforms, you'll need to be comfortable with the technologies that can make them happen.
Work with the business development team to present the studio portfolio and to develop project strategy and fees. Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and a network of referrals from existing clients.
Work with the client and project manager to establish and monitor the project budget to assure project profitability. Be proactive in identifying monetary issues before they become problems. Participate in billing and collection processes.
Work with the client and project team to establish and monitor the project schedule to assure timely delivery at every stage of the project.
Supervise the performance and direct the activities of one or more Designers and/or Senior Designers. Conduct semi-annual reviews of the Designers and/or Senior Designers. Identify ways to motivate the design team to realize and develop the full potential each project. Conduct interviews of candidates for open positions.
Conceives and implements initiatives that build morale in the studio, improve studio creative standards and enhance internal and external studio processes.
Overall, it is important for the Creative Director to continue to raise the bar of design excellence within the studio, constantly searching for new processes to develop smart and timeless solutions for our clients.
